Cookie policy

Regulatory framework and scope

This is an English translation provided for information. The Spanish version is the legally binding text.

This policy is issued in compliance with article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), which transposes article 5.3 of Directive 2002/58/EC. It has been drawn up in accordance with the Guide on the use of cookies of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, in its version updated in July 2023, and with Guidelines 2/2023 of the European Data Protection Board on the technical scope of article 5.3 of Directive 2002/58/EC.

Its purpose is to inform the user of the website orfebretech.com (the «Website»), owned by JUNTA URGENTE, S.L.U., about the use of cookies and any other technique that allows information to be stored on the user's terminal equipment or that allows access to information already stored there (together, «cookies»). These include, among others:

  • the browser's local and session storage (localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, Cache Storage);
  • service workers;
  • tracking pixels and web beacons;
  • identifiers embedded in URLs;
  • device fingerprinting techniques.

Declaration of non-use

The Website does not use cookies or equivalent techniques of any kind, whether first-party or third-party, subject to consent. In particular:

Storage on the terminal
It does not set cookies or store information in the user's browser through any mechanism of local storage, session storage or programmatic cache. Nor does it register service workers.
Analytics, advertising and profiling
It does not use audience measurement tools, analytics, tracking pixels, behavioural advertising or profile-building. It does not run scripts intended to obtain characteristics of the device or browser.
Language
Language selection is handled through the URL (orfebretech.com/en/) and does not require storing any preference on the terminal.
Typefaces and resources
Typefaces and other resources are served from the Website's own domain, with no requests to third-party servers while pages load.
Hosting and distribution
The hosting service (Amazon S3) and the content distribution network (Amazon CloudFront) are not configured to set cookies. The processing of the IP address needed to serve each page does not involve access to, or storage on, the user's terminal equipment, and is governed by the privacy policy.
Contact form
The form does not load third-party resources until the user submits it. At that point, the data is transmitted asynchronously to the service provider, Formspree, Inc., with no redirection or opening of pages belonging to that provider. The request is made without transmitting cookies or browser credentials, so the provider cannot read or set information on the user's terminal. Protection against automated submissions relies on a hidden control field, which does not store information on the terminal, and on the filtering the provider applies on its servers to the message received. No reCAPTCHA or any other verification system that runs in the user's browser is used.
Embedded content and links
The Website does not include videos, maps, social buttons or other third-party content. External links are plain hyperlinks, which do not load any resource until the user activates them.

The temporary storage in the browser's cache of the Website's static resources (code, stylesheets, typefaces and images) is solely a matter of the technical management of the transmission of communications and does not allow the user to be identified or their activity to be tracked. It is therefore exempt from the duty of information and consent under article 22.2, second paragraph, of the LSSI.

Consequently, there is no need to obtain the user's consent, and the Website does not display a cookie banner or configuration panel. The absence of such a banner is deliberate and reflects the absence of the techniques described, not an oversight.

Links to third-party sites

The Website contains links to third-party sites, such as Orfebretech's corporate page on LinkedIn, the electronic office of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, or the browser help pages linked in section 05. By accessing them, the user leaves the Website, and the use of cookies on those sites is governed by the policies of their respective owners, for which JUNTA URGENTE, S.L.U. is not responsible.

Future changes

Should the owner in future incorporate cookies not exempt from the duty of consent under article 22.2, second paragraph, of the LSSI, this policy will be updated before they are activated. Furthermore, such cookies will not be set until the user's prior, free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent has been obtained, through a management system that meets the requirements of the AEPD's Guide: layered information, the ability to refuse as easily as to accept, configuration by purpose, and the ability to withdraw consent at any time.

Managing cookies from the browser

Regardless of the above, the user can view, block and delete cookies and other data stored on their device from their browser's settings. Blocking cookies generally does not affect the functioning of this Website, although it may affect that of other sites.

Verification, language versions and validity

The content of this policy corresponds to the technical review of the Website carried out on 25 September 2026. Any query may be addressed to info@orfebretech.com.

This policy is published in Spanish and in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
