Week 1 to 3
Immersion
We get into the operation and the numbers before proposing anything. Real inventory, real processes and the tools you've already inherited.
Business development, systems and talent
A retail business is seen through its shopfront or its website, but it runs from the inside. Systems, commerce, data, customers, business and team. That's what we analyse, build and run with you — as a partner, not a supplier.
We come in, analyse the business from top to bottom, map the route and run it with you — as a partner.
A partner that stakes most of its fee on the result.
We run the talent function: which profiles are missing, who can grow and how the team is organised to scale.
We rebuild day-to-day operations. Processes that held up with ten people don't hold up with fifty, and that's the ceiling almost no one sees coming.
Systems, data and channel brought up to date. Not to have technology for its own sake: so the business can grow without breaking.

What we do
Vertical software, not a generic ERP
A platform built for the sector, not a general-purpose ERP forced to fit.
Storefront, payments and catalogue
Your own channel built on a proven product base, not a rented template. Payment gateway negotiated at real cost, product pages designed to sell high-value items, and listings on marketplaces and the wholesale channel from the same catalogue.
A single source of truth
Sales, margin per SKU, stock turnover and acquisition cost in the same model, with a set of KPIs designed for this sector, not inherited from a generic one. The goal isn't a pretty dashboard: it's that management and the shop floor discuss the same number.
Brand, CRM and traffic to the boutique
Our speciality: turning digital traffic into sales at the point of sale. The same customer record online and in-store, and an acquisition, retention and loyalty strategy built on your own database.
Tax regime and international operations
The part no generic software solves. With strategy, in-house invoicing, P&L and expense accounting all in-house, the real margin of every operation shows up immediately.
Business development and procurement
Strategic direction, market knowledge and expansion, trade relationships and alliances. We open new lines of growth and structure them until they run on their own, including the supplier network that sustains them.
Talent, recruitment and development
We identify and bring in the specialist profile each business needs — a hard trade in specialist retail, where talent doesn't advertise itself. We analyse the existing team, design career paths and support the onboarding.
Processes, training and support
A system nobody uses hasn't fixed anything. We roll it out at the point of sale and in the warehouse, train the team, and keep the operation running with our own support and a named technical lead.
Week 1 to 3
We get into the operation and the numbers before proposing anything. Real inventory, real processes and the tools you've already inherited.
Week 4 to 6
One document: what's losing money today, what gets fixed in weeks, and what needs rebuilding. With the measurement baseline signed off by both sides.
Next 3 to 6 months
We build on a proven product base. Data migration, integrations and phased go-live, running alongside the old system until cutover day. The business doesn't stop operating for a single day.
Ongoing
We stay inside, running the areas you've entrusted to us and answering for the result. The operation becomes our problem, with a named lead responsible for it.
Immersion
Results
Some clients allow us to talk about them. Others prefer not to appear. These are the two we can name for now.
A landmark house in fine jewellery and watches in Vigo, profitable and with loyal customers, but with no digital presence, no marketing and no customer data.
We came in and designed a new website, implemented a CRM, built a marketing department from scratch and ran local acquisition.
We added ten brands to the catalogue, launched in-house collections and the pre-owned channel, and signed sponsorship deals across the city.
In parallel we've built their entire management platform from scratch — catalogue, inventory, orders, invoicing, marketing and analytics — replacing the legacy software and already live in production.
The house hasn't stopped trading for a single day during the migration.
An accessible luxury accessories brand built from scratch — cases and more products for valuable items.
We selected the best supplier, defined the positioning, identity and brand story, built the online shop and catalogue, and designed pre-launch acquisition with a waiting list and our own database.
We don't only optimise existing businesses: we also build them from nothing.
Much of our work doesn't appear on this page, and that's deliberate. Some businesses prefer their work with us not to be public, and that wish is respected without exception: If a client wants to stay off our results, they stay off. It's a commitment we put in writing from the first conversation, regardless of account size or outcome.
What follows are real cases presented without identifying their subject. Every figure has its starting point, data source and period, agreed before work began. We share the detail in a meeting, always with the client's prior consent.

Model
Most of what we charge comes from what can be audited.
We take on the risk and set the baseline before we start, so the growth-based variable is transparent. The formula is in writing.
The firm
Four generations behind the counter before we started building the systems that hold it up. Today we work with any retail or distribution business that moves high-value products.
Orfebretech comes from the luxury retail, jewellery and watch sector. Our founder is the fourth generation of a family of jewellers with over a century of tradition. We've lived first-hand how you buy, how you sell, how you make money and how you lose it in this business — and that experience is what we apply in every business we work with.
From luxury we learnt the most demanding discipline in retail: high-value product, unit by unit, with traceability, warranty and a customer who won't forgive a mistake. We apply that same discipline today across retail, distribution and brands of every kind — the rigour doesn't change just because the product does.
Over time we understood that a business doesn't need to build a technology department, a data department and an operations department from scratch. It needs a partner who already has it all and puts it to work from day one. That's what we are.
We operate under confidentiality agreements. Out of respect for our clients, we don't publish their identity or the specific projects we develop for them.
Our own in-house team
No subcontractors and no profiles rented by the project. The team that diagnoses is the one that implements, and the one that stays inside running it.
